The context
Students need to find results quickly, while administrators need to review incoming files and correct records safely. The system connects file intake, review, structured records, and Telegram delivery.
What I built
I built the bot and administration workflow, with staged PDF imports, database migrations, admin audit records, notifications, and rendered reports. Repeated report requests reuse cached images and Telegram file identifiers.
